June 14, 2012: Food Log
Breakfast: 3 cups Captain crunch, 1 cup nonfat milk, Americano
- 379 calories / 90 calories
Lunch: leftover Caesar salad, Fiber 1 Bar, *frosting*
Snack/Post Workout: cheesestick, wheat thins, Mocha Frappaccino, Coke Zero
Dinner: pork, zucchini, cauliflower
Post-dinner: pack of mint M&Ms

Workout: 20 minute basic movements
Not a good eating day at all. Don’t think I went too crazy, calorically. But definitely not a “I’m going to lose weight if I eat this way” kind of day.

Back to Basics.
I’m twenty-one years old, and a female college student.
I have been trying to lose weight for what seems like my entire life. I’m a sugar addict. I plan on using this blog to track my calories, exercise, water intake, and most importantly, weight loss. This first week will take some adjusting, but I hope to get a schedule going of how I’ll be posting on this blog. I will be taking my measurements later today.
I plan to, at least at first, post the food that I eat on a daily basis.
